2. Website hosting and delivery
This website is hosted and delivered through Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process technical request data such as your IP address, requested URL, browser and device information, timestamps, diagnostic information and security events. This processing is necessary to deliver the website, maintain availability and protect it against abuse.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing a secure and reliable website under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Cloudflare may process data in countries outside the EEA and uses applicable transfer safeguards. Details are available in theCloudflare Privacy Policy.
3. Contact form and enquiries
If you submit the contact form, we process the information you provide: your name, email address, organisation (if provided), selected area of interest, message and the technical metadata required to transmit and protect the form. Mandatory fields are marked in the form.
We use Web3Forms, operated by Web3Creative, to transmit form submissions to us. Web3Forms acts as a service provider for form processing. According to its current privacy policy, submission data may be retained for up to three years and technical or contact data may be checked using anti-spam services. We process your enquiry to respond, prepare or perform a contract, and maintain legitimate business communication. The legal bases are Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for contractual or pre-contractual enquiries and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for other business communication.
4. Spam protection with hCaptcha
The contact form uses hCaptcha, provided by Intuition Machines, Inc., to distinguish human submissions from automated abuse. When the form page and challenge are used, hCaptcha may process technical data including IP address, browser and device characteristics, diagnostic data and interaction information. hCaptcha may use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for fraud prevention and security.

5. Fonts and scripts
The fonts used by this website are stored locally and are served from the same website. No request to Google Fonts or another font provider is made.
A small first-party script controls the mobile navigation. It does not set cookies or use localStorage or sessionStorage. The Web3Forms client script is loaded on pages containing a contact form so that hCaptcha can operate.
6. Analytics, cookies and marketing
We do not currently use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Plausible, Umami, Cloudflare Web Analytics, advertising pixels or marketing cookies on this website. Necessary cookies or comparable technologies may be set by hCaptcha for security and abuse prevention.
7. Recipients and international transfers
Personal data may be received by VerdeSat personnel who handle your enquiry and by service providers needed to host, secure and operate this website. Current providers are Cloudflare, Web3Forms and hCaptcha.
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, these transfers rely on an adequacy decision, the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or another legally recognised safeguard described by the relevant provider.
8. Storage periods
We retain enquiry data only for as long as needed to answer the enquiry, manage a business relationship, establish or defend legal claims, and comply with statutory retention duties. When the data is no longer required, it is deleted or anonymised. The service providers named above apply their own documented retention periods; Web3Forms currently states a maximum of three years for submission data.
9. Your rights
Subject to the legal requirements, you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
